Why Community Groups
Coastal Community Church is more than a service. It’s people living life together and helping one another. Each week, people meet in small communities (community groups) to learn about God, pray, eat, laugh, and live. The mission of Coastal Community Church is to make biblical disciples by building intentional relationships. Community groups provide a venue to build intentional relationships for the purpose of making disciples. Proverbs 27:17 says, “As iron sharpens iron, so a friend sharpens a friend.” In our community groups we all grow stronger in our relationship to Christ as we sharpen one another. Community Groups are offered weekly throughout the year and throughout Conway and Carolina Forest. Contact the office to discover a group that meets at a time and place that works for you.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Community groups offer a warm and friendly environment consisting of people who are accepting and non-judgmental. Every member of the family is welcome and encouraged to attend. The community groups offer great fellowship and food, as well as, prayer and relevant Bible discussions. The experience is one that will encourage your faith and aspire you to grow and develop a closer walk with Jesus, helping you to become a mature disciple of Christ.
